The SteerU solution is comprised of the SteerU Studio and the SteerU Assist tools: SteerU Studio: enables process implementers and trainers to record business processes, such as generating a purchase order, while actually performing the procedure. During the recording stage, instructions are entered for the end user to describe how to perform each step, as well as information describing the constraints and motivations for doing so. Each script is stored in a single and easily accessible file that can be located anywhere on the network or sent by email. SteerU Assist: interacts with the SAP® GUI to provide instructions as the user works. In this way the player guides end users through each procedure according to a pre-recorded script. A text bubble points to the screen element  in the SAP GUI with which the user should perform the next action, such as a button or a field, and describes the action to be taken.Additional explanations can be displayed at the click of a button. The SteerU Assist waits for the end user action, validates that it has been performed properly and then proceeds to the next action of the script. Installation is very simple and is only required on the SAP client side. After a minor modification, there is no impact on the server whatsoever. A single SteerU Player can be installed in a shared location to service your entire organization.
